What SwivDesk does
- ✓A technician can connect only after you approve the session
- ✓Your screen is shared only while a session you approved is active
- ✓You can end a session at any time, and closing SwivDesk Support ends all access
What SwivDesk does not do
- ✕No session recording
- ✕No storage of temporary passwords
- ✕No unattended or background access by default
- ✕No collection of your keystrokes, clipboard, or files
Operational records are limited to session metadata such as times and duration, so support can be accounted for.
